At Fidgety Frogs we promote effective communication with parents to ensure that the enrolment is a positive experience for children, families and centre staff. The Centre Director will provide parents with an enrolment pack containing information covering centre policies and routines.  We want you to help us by providing as much information on your child as possible, such as likes and dislikes, individual needs and routines.

Completed enrolment forms along with copies of your childs birth and immunisation certificates are required upon enrolment of your child. A $50 resource fee is payable on commencement which will be a single one off payment. This fee will secure your position, provide your child with a sun hat and enable us to maintain the centre’s resources.

We encourage you to visit the centre as often as practicable and ask as many questions as possible to ensure a smooth transition for your child.

The centre will do its best to accommodate all enrolment applications, however if places are unavailable you will be given the opportunity to join our waiting list.

Booking Days – Parents are required to confirm booked days at the time of commencement. Parents are required to notify the centre immediately of any changes to booked days. The centre will endeavour to accommodate any changes, where vacancies allow. Parents are required to provide two (2) weeks notice to cancel a booking at the centre.
